When it comes to property investment you don’t buy and fold your hands, there is lot of work to be done. Regular Property Maintenance being one of the things to be done, to protect your investment and keep it attractive to potential tenants if you renting it out or buyers if you are selling.

It is that time for our rental property in Burgundy Estate, Cape Town to get a fresh look. It is always exciting transforming the landscape of a property, because you can see enhancement immediately.

It is always advisable to breakdown the work into manageable tasks. As a result we decided to break down the project in to two phases. Phase1 being the front yard and then go for the back yard as Phase2 because it has lot of work to be done and it’s a big area that will have mixed landscaping elements.

Since there is water crisis in the country and the unit is under rental, we decided to go for landscaping that will require less maintenance and less water usage. Trees and plants that can thrive under sunny conditions.

Always ensure that when you embark on this journey you hire reputable contractors, that know what they are doing.
